1. You can find the "Email Templates" menu by hovering over "Others" from the top header:
2. Email Templates lets you create customized email templates for your various needs
1. Sent email logs : On the right side you can see the mails that are sent or scheduled.
2. Templates: you can find the pre- defined email template for each item of CRM.
1. From the left side of the panel you can select any email you want to edit the template for. Edit the email template, use "Email Field" labels wherever necessary.
2. click on "Save".
3. You can activate or deactivate the email templates by toggle the "Active" button.
1. You can preview your mail by clicking "Preview" .
