The CiuisCRM: HR Module provides features like Payrolls and Pay slips which allows you to create and track records for salary payments to all your staff.
Payrolls: Salary template for individual staff.
Pay slips: Payment record for each month.
1. You can find the Addon module under "Modules" tab in settings.
2. Buy: Click on “Buy” on the corresponding module to be redirected to the Module purchase page. Here you can make the payment and obtain a license number.
3. Activate: After you make the payment, you will receive a license code for that module. Click on “Activate”, enter the license code and click on “Activate Module”. This will download any additional data and install the module.
4. Enter the license key obtained and click on the "Activate module" button.
1. Once the module is active, the activate button is replaced by the “Deactivate” button. Click on it to remove the installed module. (There are restrictions on when you can deactivate a module. If any functions of this module are already used, the deactivation function is disabled).
When the HR Module is activated, you will have access to a new role type called the HR Manager.
1. Only the roles of type HR Manager have access to Payrolls.
2. Only HR Managers have access to create, edit and delete both Payrolls and Payslips. All other role types can only view payslips generated for them.
3. While creating staff on the "Admin side" , you need to assign any staff member of yours as HR then you need to select the "Roles" from the drop-down as "HR".
4.HR Module : has a separate login url : yourdomain/hr. Eg : "ciuisdemo.suisesoft.tech/hr". It will redirect you to the login page for HR.
1. Enter HR credentials , Click on "login" .
1. Once you login, you can see the dashboard panel.
2. You will get 2 menu items: Payslip & Payroll.
