1. You can find orders under Proposals. on the main menu.
2. Added proposals to CRM are displayed as shown below, On the header you have some action buttons.
1. Search : This will help you search for a proposal based on "proposal name , Customer name, Status Paid or unpaid , and by Amount".
2. Filter by Column : By default, all the columns for the proposal table are displayed. To manage what column needs to be displayed, click on the "Filter Column" icon, a box will appear as shown in the below image, you can "Check" or "Uncheck" the fields you want to display on your proposal page.
3. Filter : To filter the proposal by "relation type, status, customer & assigned to" click on the icon "Filter" icon.
To create a proposal click on the "+" icon from the proposal header section.
Enter the details as follows:
1. Subject: Enter the proposal.
2. Customer Selection: Select the customer from the dropdown.
3. Assigned: Select whom to assign the proposal to.
4. Status: Enter the status of order.
5. Date Of Issue: Enter the date the order is issued.
6. Open Till: Enter till when the order is valid
7. Lead: You can create the proposal for the lead (or) for the customer. Enable or disable the "For Lead" button.
8. Detail: Enter the details of Proposal.
9. Product/Service: Select the product/service from the options given for proposal.
10. Click on "Save" . Your proposal is created.
1. Proposal Tab : Any proposal created for the lead will be mentioned here.
2. Notes Tabs: Enter the Details or small short point in Description section related to proposals and click on "Add Note" button.
3. Comments Tab: You can see comments from the customer.
4. Reminders Tab: This will help set reminders for the lead.
1. Select the date : the date you want to reminder to trigger.
2. Set reminder to : Select from the drop-down to whom you want reminder to trigger.
3. Description : Enter the description for the reminder.
4. Click on "Add" button to add the reminder.
5. Click on "Delete" icon to delete the reminder.
Options in the header section :
1. Mail : By clicking on Mail option, you can send the proposal via mail
2. PDF : By clicking on PDF option, you can create a PDF of the proposal.
3. Convert: proposal can be converted to invoice.
4. Print: You can print the order
5. More: By clicking on "more" You will have options like "View proposal, Mark as draft, Mark as sent , mark as open, mark as revised, mark as opened, mark as accepted".
1. View proposal as Customer : You can view your proposal as a customer. You can view the proposal on the new page.
2. Sent Expiration Reminder: Sends you expiration reminder and a success message on the screen.
1. To update the proposal details click on "More" option from the header.
2. Click on "Edit" button.
3. A proposal page opens, Update the details of the proposal , like adding a new product to existing proposal. Click on "Save" button.
1. To delete the proposal click on "Delete" button from the proposal header.
2. A small pop up appears to confirm the deletion of customer click on "Delete" if you want to delete, else click on "cancel" .
